Dr. Hegde has more than 30 years of experience in Cement Manufacturing both in India and Abroad.
During his tenure in the cement industry, he has occupied the ‘Leadership Position’ in reputed Major and Multinational Cement Companies in India and outside India.
Dr. Hegde is an Expert Panel Member in Cement Manufacturer’s Association, New Delhi
Dr. Hegde is one of the Editorial Board Member of Russian Cement Industry Journal “Cement and its Application” and ‘Indian Cement Review’, A Publication of ASAPP Info Global Services Private Limited, Mumbai.
Dr. Hegde has published more than 155 Research Papers in National and International Journals.
Dr. Hegde has 6 Patents to his credit.
Dr. Hegde has Successfully Co Guided 2 Students for obtaining their Ph.D.
Dr. Hegde is a Recipient of Global Visionary Award, instituted by World Vision and Gujarat Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Ahmedabad in 2020.

Er Suhas Dhuri is Civil Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai He has professional life membership of ACI & ICI Train ing in Ferrocement concrete/ Pre-cast concrete/ Laboratory Management Systems as per ISO/IEC 17025 :2017.
Er. Suhas Dhuri was involved in Structural Investigation at IOC Baroda, BPCL Mumbai, /RCF Mumbai, /MIDC Concrete pipeline Dombivli, /ESSAR Tower, Mumbai, /Bombay Stock Exchange Building (after bomb blast), /ESCORT building New Delhi (fire damage), /BARC Mumbai-prestressed concrete water reservoir Contribution to Construction Industry in India. Er. Ujwal Kunte is a Civil Engineer from MIT College Pune along with an MBA from Pune’s prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Er. Ujwal Kunte worked with Afcons as Design Engineer. Er. Ujwal Kunte was always intrigued by Concrete Technology and established Durocrete Pvt. Ltd. in Pune in 1995. Durocrete Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Material Testing and Geo Engineering Company in western India which is accredited by National Accreditation Board of Laboratories under Dept. of Science and Technology, since 2007.
In the late nineties Er. Ujwal Kunte and his team conducted research on quality practices at various construction sites across India. The result led to the establishment of CQRA Pvt. Ltd. in 2004. CQRA is a leading Third-Party Quality Inspection company in the country accredited by National Accreditation Board of Certifying Bodies (NABCB).
In year 2019 Durocrete and CQRA Pvt. Ltd received equity participation from ACTS Beirut, a leading Material Testing, Third Party Inspection and Geo Engineering Company in GCC countries.
Er. Ujwal Kunte is also the brain behind developing the 10-Point Rating System-Benchmark, for measuring the quality of various parameters associated with a construction project.
