Mr. Anil Banchhor is MD & CEO of RDC Concrete since June2016. Earlier he was CEO- Concrete Business of ACC Limited. He is a civil engineer with PG Diploma in Business management having 35 years of experience in Construction, Cement marketing and Readymix concrete. He is also looking after the business of Robo Silicon, India’s largest aggregate manufacturer and "UltraFine Minerals & Admixtures Pvt Ltd".

He worked with several construction and consultancy projects in India and abroad. He executed various industrial projects on Power, Cement, Petrochemical and defence. He had worked in Tata Consulting Engineers and GDC Limited as a construction engineer.

He has published many papers on concrete in various seminars and has received the best paper award at 9Th international NCB seminar at Delhi in November 2005. He is a member of the concrete committee of BIS (Bureau of Indian standards).
